Dental Rejuvenation in Valencia

Dental Rejuvenation in Valencia

A coordinated approach to colour, wear and tooth shape, without turning your smile into someone else’s.

What it is

Dental rejuvenation is a coordinated plan using existing treatments such as whitening, bonding and veneers rather than a single procedure.

What it can help with

It can address teeth that have darkened, worn down, chipped or become less even over time.

Three changes that happen together

It is rarely only the colour. That is why treating it piecemeal tends to leave an incomplete result.

The colour fades

Enamel thins and lets more of the yellower dentine show through, on top of years of coffee, tea, wine or tobacco.

The edges wear

Incisors lose length and their edges flatten. A young smile shows more upper tooth; a worn one shows less.

Evenness is lost

Old fillings that no longer match in colour, small chips or slightly shifted teeth break the harmony of the whole.

How it works

We assess colour, shape, bite and wear, preview the overall direction digitally, then sequence only the treatments that add value.

What your plan might include

Whitening

The starting point in almost every plan: restore the shade before deciding anything about shape.

Veneers

Restore length and shape to worn edges, and correct staining that does not respond to whitening.

Rebuilds

Replacing old discoloured fillings with composite matched to your current tooth colour.

Night guard

If there is bruxism, protecting against it is part of the plan: without that, the wear returns.

Your plan does not include all of this by default. It includes what your case needs, and we explain why each element is there.

Who it may suit

It may suit adults who want a more complete result than a stand-alone whitening or isolated repair can provide.

Benefits and limitations

Combining treatment can create a balanced result, but not every tooth needs intervention. The safest plan may be smaller than expected.

Why a coordinated plan rather than separate treatments

Separate treatments

You whiten, then months later decide on veneers: the colour no longer matches. Or you rebuild an edge before whitening and it ends up a different shade. Order matters, and getting it wrong costs money.

A coordinated plan

The final result is agreed first and we work backwards: what comes first, what follows and against which reference shade. One estimate, and no step that has to be redone.

Common questions

Is this a separate procedure?
No. It is a coordinated plan that may combine whitening, bonding, veneers or other appropriate care.
Do I need veneers on every tooth?
Usually not. The plan is based on visible need, bite and the most conservative route to a balanced result.
How do I start?
Begin with an assessment and, when useful, Digital Smile Design to agree the direction before treatment.
How long does the whole process take?
It depends what your plan includes. Whitening with top-ups can be resolved in weeks; if veneers or rebuilds are involved, it is spread over several appointments across one or two months.
Will it look artificial?
That is not the aim. We look for a smile consistent with your face and your age, not a row of identical teeth. Digital Smile Design lets us agree that point with you before starting.
Can I do it in stages?
Yes, and it is often the sensible approach. We prioritise what has most impact, spread it over time and adjust the estimate to that pace.
Is it purely cosmetic or also functional?
Both. Dental wear affects how you bite, not just how your smile looks. If we detect bruxism or an unbalanced bite, that forms part of the plan.
How long does the result last?
Whitening holds for one to three years depending on habits; porcelain veneers 10–15 years or more. We give you a realistic maintenance plan from the outset.
