- Is the first assessment free?
- In most specialties, yes. Some specific consultations carry a fee; the price is shown before you book and the appointment does not commit you to treatment.
- Can you check my insurance?
- Yes. Send us the insurer’s name and, if possible, your policy details so the team can tell you what may apply.
- Can I finance treatment?
- Eligible treatments can be financed for up to 24 months, subject to approval and the provider’s terms.
- Can I bring a quote from another clinic or insurer?
- Yes. We will assess the clinical plan and do our best to match a comparable quote where the proposed treatment and materials are equivalent.
- Do you see children?
- Yes. We provide dental and orthodontic care for children from the age of two.
