It can
Disguise a small hump by filling above and below it; correct mild asymmetries of the bridge; improve tip projection; and slightly lift a drooping tip.
It cannot
Reduce the size of the nose, narrow it, correct a deviated septum or resolve functional breathing problems. Those require surgery.

We assess your profile at rest and in movement, agree the goal with realistic expectations, apply topical anaesthetic and inject hyaluronic acid at precise points with product specific to the area.

30 minutes, no theatre or general anaesthetic, immediate result and no social downtime. Reversible, but temporary: 12–18 months. Limited to profile corrections.
Surgical
Surgery with anaesthetic and a recovery period. Permanent and unlimited in terms of size reduction or functional correction. The option when the change sought is structural.
Who it may suit
It suits small irregularities or asymmetries of the nasal bridge, a poorly projected or slightly drooping tip, and patients who are not candidates for — or do not want — surgical rhinoplasty.

What to expect afterwards
Leaving the clinic
The change in profile is already visible. There may be slight redness at the injection points, gone within a few hours.
24–48 hours
Possible mild swelling, more noticeable to the touch than to the eye. No rest or social downtime required.
One week
The product has fully settled and you see the definitive result, which will last 12–18 months.
Aftercare: no glasses resting on the nasal bridge for 48 hours, no pressing or massaging the area, no intense exercise or sauna for 48 hours, and sleep on your back the first nights. Contact us immediately if you notice intense pain, a change in skin colour or any visual disturbance.

- No. Non-surgical rhinoplasty uses hyaluronic acid to correct small profile irregularities, without surgery or general anaesthetic. It adds volume at specific points; it does not remove tissue.
- What can it correct and what can it not?
- It can disguise a small hump, correct mild asymmetries and improve tip projection. It cannot reduce the size of the nose or narrow it: only surgery achieves that.
- How long does the result last?
- Between 12 and 18 months, depending on the product and the individual. It is a relatively immobile area, so product usually lasts longer than in lips.
- Does it hurt?
- Topical anaesthetic is applied beforehand and the product usually contains anaesthetic. You will feel pressure rather than pain, and the full session takes about 30 minutes.
- Is it safe?
- It is a technique requiring experience and precise anatomical knowledge, because the blood supply in the area is delicate. That is why it is only performed by doctors with specific training and product suitable for the region.
- Can it be reversed?
- Yes. Hyaluronic acid is reabsorbable and can be dissolved with a specific enzyme if the result does not convince you.
- Can I have surgery later if I want?
- Yes. It is best to wait for the product to be reabsorbed or to dissolve it before a surgical rhinoplasty, and always tell the surgeon you have had non-surgical treatment.
- When is the final result visible?
- The change is visible immediately. There may be mild swelling for the first 24–48 hours; the settled result is seen after a week.
