Facial harmonisation balances the proportions of the face by combining hyaluronic acid, neuromodulators and other techniques, always tailored to the individual. We work the face as a whole: cheekbones, jawline, chin, tear troughs or lips, according to what each person needs.
What it can help with
It addresses mild asymmetries, loss of definition and volume that has been lost with time. The difference from treating one isolated area is not quantity but judgement: what to do is decided by looking at the whole face.
Why the face is treated as a whole
The patchwork look comes from treating areas in isolation — the eye detects it even when it cannot say why.
Everything is connected
A cheekbone losing volume creates the nasolabial fold. Filling only the fold does not solve it; restoring the cheekbone does.
Proportion governs
Lips enhanced without regard for the chin or jawline unbalance the lower third of the face.
Less product, better result
Treating the right point usually needs less material than insisting on the wrong one. Planning saves product and money.

Standard harmonisation
Works on proportion and volume: cheekbones, jawline, chin, lips, expression. Ideal if your skin is in good condition and what you want is balanced features.
Full Face plan
Adds the skin dimension — hydration, firmness, radiance and texture. Ideal when, alongside volume, you notice the skin looking dull or dehydrated.
Benefits and limitations
A joined-up plan avoids the patchwork effect of treating isolated areas, and results are largely reversible. They are not permanent (12–18 months depending on technique), and aesthetic medicine does not replace surgery for major structural change.
What to expect afterwards
The same day
Volume results are already visible. There may be mild redness, some swelling or a small bruise at injection points.
First week
Swelling subsides and the product settles. Neuromodulators, if part of the plan, start working between day three and five.
Weeks 2–3
The definitive result, and the included review. This is when we genuinely assess and fine-tune with small touch-ups if needed.
Aftercare: avoid intense exercise, sauna and extreme heat for 48 hours, do not massage treated areas, sleep on your back the first nights, and use daily sun protection.

- How is this different from a single treatment like Botox or filler?
- Facial harmonisation combines several techniques in a planned way to balance the face as a whole, rather than treating one area in isolation. The result looks more natural precisely because you do not see one treated area next to untreated ones.
- What is the Full Face plan?
- It is the most complete version of harmonisation: as well as proportion and volume, it incorporates skin quality (SkinBoosters, PRP) into a single strategy for the whole face.
- Will it be obvious?
- We aim for the opposite: a subtle result that improves facial balance without looking done. Typically people say you look well, not that you look different.
- Is it all done in one session?
- It can be planned as one session or spread across several appointments, depending on the techniques combined and what is safest and most comfortable for you.
- How long does it last?
- Between 12 and 18 months depending on the techniques, the areas treated and your metabolism. Neuromodulators last less (4–6 months) than volume fillers.
- Is it reversible?
- Largely yes. Hyaluronic acid is reabsorbed over time and can be dissolved if needed; neuromodulators are temporary by nature. It is one reason we prefer to start conservatively.
- How much does it cost?
- It depends entirely on what your plan includes. That is why the assessment comes first and without obligation: we define what you need, then give you a fixed written quote.
- Can it replace surgery?
- Not for major structural change or advanced laxity. Aesthetic medicine has a ceiling, and we will say so clearly if your goal exceeds it rather than proposing treatments that will not achieve it.
