Invisalign® Clear Aligners in Valencia

Invisalign® Clear Aligners in Valencia

Straighten your smile with clear aligners that are comfortable and almost invisible.

What it is

Invisalign® is a series of custom-made clear aligners that move your teeth gradually, without metal brackets and without being obvious to anyone around you.

What it can help with

Crowding, gaps and a misaligned bite are not only cosmetic: they make cleaning harder, cause uneven wear and can strain the jaw. Many adults delay treatment purely because they do not want visible braces.

It is not only about appearance

A misaligned bite has functional consequences that accumulate over the years.

Crowding

Overlapping teeth where brush and floss cannot reach properly: more plaque, more decay between teeth and a higher risk of gum inflammation.

Gaps and diastemas

Spaces between teeth that affect appearance and, depending on where they are, how chewing forces are distributed.

Misaligned bite

Uneven enamel wear, overloading of certain teeth and, in some cases, discomfort in the jaw joint.

How it works

We take a 3D digital scan, show you a simulation of the result, then you change aligner every one to two weeks with periodic reviews until the plan is complete.

Invisalign® or fixed braces?

Aligners suit you better if…

You work with the public or simply do not want it to show; you value being able to remove them to eat and clean; and you can commit to wearing them 22 hours a day.

Braces suit you better if…

Your case needs complex movements with maximum control; you prefer a fixed solution that does not depend on your consistency; or budget is the deciding factor.

We offer both. We recommend what your case needs, not the only option we stock.

Who it may suit

It suits adults and teenagers who want a discreet option, who value being able to remove the aligners to eat and brush, and who can commit to wearing them around 22 hours a day.

Living with aligners day to day

For eating

You always take them out, including for hot or coloured drinks. You can eat absolutely anything: there is no forbidden food list.

For cleaning

Brushing and flossing exactly as normal, with no wires to work around. Brush before putting them back in.

With each new aligner

Pressure or tightness for a day or two: that is normal and means the teeth are moving. Many patients prefer to switch at night.

Benefits and limitations

Aligners are removable and comfortable, but the result depends on your consistency. Some complex movements are better handled with fixed braces, and retainers are needed afterwards in every case.

What makes treatment run to plan

The factor that most determines the outcome is not the technology — it is consistency.

The habits that matter

22 hours a day, every day. Remove them only to eat, to drink anything other than water and to brush. Always store them in their case, never in a napkin.

Do not skip the retainers

At the end we fit retainers. Without retention teeth tend to drift back over time — retention is not optional, it is part of the treatment.

Why Clínica Lubens

We offer both aligners and braces, so we have no incentive to steer you towards one. We give you a realistic duration estimate for your mouth, not a brochure figure.

Common questions

Does it work for any case?
It resolves most cases of crowding, spacing and many bite problems. At your free first visit we assess whether it is your best option or whether a complex case would be better treated with fixed braces.
Do I have to wear them all day?
Yes, ideally around 22 hours a day; you only take them out to eat, to drink anything other than water and to brush. Wearing them less simply lengthens the treatment.
How long does treatment take?
Between 6 and 18 months depending on complexity. At the assessment we give you a realistic estimate for your mouth, not a generic brochure figure.
What happens when I finish?
Retainers are fitted to hold the result. Without retention, teeth tend to move again over time, so retention is part of the treatment rather than an optional extra.
Are they noticeable when I speak?
Very little. In the first few days you may notice a slight lisp while your tongue adapts, and it soon disappears. Visually they are almost imperceptible at conversational distance.
Does it hurt?
It is not painful, but each new aligner normally brings a feeling of pressure or tightness for a day or two. That is a sign the teeth are moving.
Can I eat anything?
Yes, because you remove them to eat. That is one of the biggest advantages over braces: there are no forbidden foods. You do need to brush before putting them back in.
Can I have them with fillings, crowns or implants?
In most cases yes, although implants do not move and that affects the planning. We assess it with the 3D scan before proposing anything.
