LipoLaser in Valencia · Laser Lipolysis

Reduce localised fat and redefine your silhouette with LipoLaser, without surgery.

What it is

LipoLaser is designed to treat pockets of fat that alter the contour of a specific area — even when you look after your diet and exercise — without resorting to surgery.

A non-surgical option for specific areas

The aim is not weight loss; it is to improve the definition of the areas that concern you most with a personalised medical plan.

Localised fat

We treat fat in selected areas to help your contour look more defined and in balance with the rest of your silhouette.

Contour and skin quality

We also assess skin retraction. Where appropriate, the treatment can address this element for a more even transition.

We will tell you honestly what improvement is reasonable in your case and when another option is more appropriate.

What it can help with

It can be assessed for the double chin, axillary fold, arms, upper and lower abdomen, back, waist, flanks, saddlebags, groin, thighs and knees. In the buttocks, the focus is especially on skin quality.

How it works

At the medical assessment, we plan whether to work on fat, skin or both. The treatment uses injectable local anaesthetic and a very fine laser fibre introduced through a micro-puncture; it takes 2–4 hours depending on the areas and the case. If indicated, part of the treated fat can be aspirated during the same session.

LipoLaser, EndoLaser and endolifting: the difference

The terms are related, but they describe the treatment goal or how the fibre is used.

Laser lipolysis · localised fat

LipoLaser is the popular name for laser lipolysis, the part of the treatment aimed at localised fat.

Endolifting · skin and retraction

EndoLaser describes the internal route of the fibre. When skin retraction is the main goal, we refer to endolifting.

At Clínica Lubens we work with an internal fibre; we do not offer an external “LipoLaser” applied over the skin without introducing a fibre.

Who it may suit

It may suit people at a normal weight or with excess weight who have localised fat and mild to moderate laxity, and who are looking for a proportionate improvement with realistic expectations. Significant obesity, large fat volumes, marked excess skin or severe laxity may require a different medical or surgical approach.

Benefits and limitations

Swelling and bruising are expected in the first days. Initial changes may appear from the first or second week, become more visible around six weeks and continue evolving for 3–6 months. Compression is often prescribed for body areas and radiofrequency may be included in the individual plan.

What to expect after treatment

First days

Swelling and bruising are expected. Activity, driving and medication instructions are tailored to the treated area and to how you feel after the session.

Compression and radiofrequency

For body areas, a compression garment is commonly prescribed for around one month. Where prescribed, the plan may include six radiofrequency sessions.

Progressive results

First changes may be visible from the first or second week. Results are usually more evident around six weeks and continue to evolve over the following months.

Exercise is usually resumed gradually after 24–48 hours if authorised by the medical team. Avoid direct sun until bruising has gone, and follow your individual aftercare plan.

Common questions

Are LipoLaser, laser lipolysis and EndoLaser the same?
LipoLaser is the popular name patients often use. Laser lipolysis refers to the treatment phase for localised fat, while EndoLaser describes the internal route: an optical fibre works beneath the skin. At Clínica Lubens we use this internal technique; we do not perform external LipoLaser without a fibre.
What is the difference between laser lipolysis and endolifting?
Both use an internal fibre. In laser lipolysis, the main goal is localised fat; in endolifting, the main focus is skin retraction and quality. They can be combined in the same area if the assessment indicates it.
Is fat aspirated?
When indicated, part of the treated fat may be removed during the same session with specific aspiration equipment. The remaining part is eliminated progressively by the body. This is not equivalent to a complete surgical liposuction.
Is it surgery?
It is an outpatient medical procedure using injectable local anaesthetic and a micro-puncture to introduce the fibre; it does not require general anaesthesia. It does not replace surgical liposuction when that is indicated.
Which areas can be treated?
Following assessment: double chin and facial contour, axillary fold, arms, upper and lower abdomen, back, waist, flanks, saddlebags, groin, thighs and knees. In the buttocks, the focus is particularly on the skin.
When can I return to my routine?
Your return to everyday activity depends on the area and how you feel. Exercise is usually resumed gradually after 24–48 hours if authorised by the medical team. Avoid direct sun until bruising has gone.
When are results visible?
A change may begin to show from the first or second week. Results are more visible around six weeks and are considered to have stabilised, as a guide, between 3 and 6 months depending on the area and individual response.
What does LipoLaser cost?
Treatment starts from €600 for selected small areas, such as the axillary fold. The final quote depends on the area, your goal, anaesthetic and any complementary aftercare such as radiofrequency.
Does it replace liposuction or weight loss?
No. It is intended for localised fat and selected cases; it does not treat obesity or replace healthy habits. Large volumes, significant obesity or major excess skin may call for medical weight management or surgical assessment.
